2)  What does a viewing trip include?

2 night accommodation onsite or at a local hotel/apartment (subject to availability)

Viewing of development at your leisure + tour of local area

Return to airport

3)  How much deposit is required?

10% deposit secures your plot. Remaining balance due 28 days from invoice date.

Special arrangements are available if you are selling a property.

Part exchanges may be considered. Email for further details

4)  Do I lose my deposit?

No, the deposit will be refunded in full once we have re - sold your reserved plot and mobile home, less any expenses that may be incurred by ourselves

5)  What is included in the price?

Furnished mobile home sited and connected on your own plot

6)  What are the running costs?

Site fees from €1600 per annum

As long as required, condition of mobile home & plot must be well maintained.

8)  Can I sell or rent my mobile home if required?

Yes, it is entirely your decision, contact site office if required.

9)  What facilities are available on site?

2 heated swimming pools, laundry, reception, security, childrens play area, residents bar

10)  Would I need to hire a car whilst over there?

Yes

11)  How far are the beaches / golf courses situated?

All distances by car:

20 - 30 mins to the coast

15 - 20 mins to the nearest golf course

12)  How far is the site from the airport?

Approximately 50 minutes from Nantes airport

13)  What is the weather like?

The Vendee shares its own 'Micro Climate' with the Riviera & boasts 2600 hours of sunshine per year.

14)  Are pets allowed on site?

Yes, pets are more than welcome on site
