Mobile homes abroad Ltd are once again proud to announce another new site available for purchasing a mobile home in the southern regions of France. The static caravans / mobile homes / twin lodges here are ideally located on the southern bank of the Dordogne, at the gateway to the Lot-et-Garonne, close to Bergerac and Bordeaux. This **** (4 Star) site is perfectly situated within the grounds of a fantastic chateau.
The mobile home park (Parc Résidentiel de Loisirs) is spaced out privately over 20 hectares, with a enhanced layout of an exceptional natural site. Its chateau and lakes will undoubtedly delight all who visit, whilst also available to discover is the forest with its health course and nature walks.
The site is open all year round and has mobile home plots available ranging from 150m² to 350m² with ground rent starting at €3000 going up to €3500 depending on size of the mobile home plot. The mobile home site has two separate sides, one being for residents (Parc Résidentiel de Loisirs) and the other being for holiday lets etc. Between the months of May and September all facilities will be open (Before and after these months the facilities are open at the owners discretion).
The rental part of the site is open from May until September, during which electricity and water is free of charge to everyone. Prior to and after the holiday letting period, mobile home owners are charged a small fee for electricity and water. The owner of the mobile home may sublet on this site.
