3) How much deposit is required?
10% deposit secures your plot. Remaining balance due 28 days from invoice date.
Special arrangements are available if you are selling a property.

4) Do I lose my deposit?
No, the deposit will be refunded in full once we have re - sold your reserved plot and mobile home, less any expenses that may be incurred by ourselves

Yes, it is entirely your decision, contact site office if required.
9) What facilities are available on site?
Restaurant and Bar/Coffee shop (Business opportunity, not currently open), basic mini-market, Games room, Laundrette, Round-the-clock security, swimming pool, 2 minutes away from the open sea!
10) Would I need to hire a car whilst over there?

11) How far are the beaches situated?
15 mins walk to the beach
12) How far is the site from the airport?
Approximately 45 minutes from the airport
13) What is the weather like?
Malta boasts a wonderful warm climate, summers are hot, dry and very sunny, boasting 8 hours of sunshine at the peak of summer. Winters are mild with the occasional short chilly spell and an average of 5-6 hours of sunshine.
14) Are pets allowed on site?
Yes, pets are more than welcome on site
