Reservations and Bookings

Reservations may be made but no firm booking is complete until a booking form is received by Mobile Homes Abroad and an acceptance of the booking has been sent. Every effort is made to accommodate you on your specific dates but is not confirmed until we have the completed booking form and have notified you with an acceptance of the booking.

Payments

To secure a booking a non-refundable deposit of £50 per week booked must accompany the booking request, if a booking request is made within 8 weeks of the departure the full amount due will be requested with the booking. The hire charge must be paid in full 8 weeks before the departure for European Vacations therefore if the hirer cancels the holiday within this period of time the charge can only be refunded if the accommodation can be re-let.

Refundable deposit

A refundable deposit of £100 will be collected by reception when you arrive on site a credit or debit card imprint is acceptable, this will be repaid back to you when reception is notified that the accommodation has been left in a clean and tidy condition on the day of departure. Repairs and additional cleaning is charged at an hourly rate of £10 unless the circumstances are beyond our control.

Site Regulations

You the hirer will have to accept the rules and regulations of the site and will be required to take full responsibility for the other members contained in your group. The hirer must report to reception immediately on arrival to the site and on their final departure from the site. The maximum number of people allowed to be accommodated in one single mobile home is SIX in two bedroom homes and EIGHT in three bedrooms homes, if this rule is not abided by, the site manager may refuse any unknown people (People not on the booking form) from entering the site. Deep fat frying food is strictly prohibited inside the mobile homes.

Cancellation by Owners

In the event of circumstances requiring us to cancel the booking, your payment will be repaid in full, these circumstances are those which mean non-availability to the accommodation e.g. Fire. We will attempt to find alternate accommodation of the same standard but we cannot accept any liability in respect of loss or damage occurring in the replacement mobile home.

Period of Hire

Unless otherwise agreed, the hire shall commence at 16:00 local time on the day of arrival and end at 10:00 on the day of departure. Keys may be collected from reception on Saturdays between 16:00 and 19:00; if arrival on site is expected to exceed these time limitations the owner must be advised at least two weeks before arrival. This is so appropriate staff arrangements can be made prior to your arrival on site; keys will be available from 09:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 19:00 on all other days at the site reception.

Site Facilities

Not all facilities advertised in the brochure are available during the early/late season, and a charge may be made by the site manager for certain facilities. The campsite management is responsible for all safety contained in sports and children’s play area/equipment provided for clients and are also responsible for the maintenance of all facilities.

Please note: some site facilities may not be available in all seasons and description of equipment and mobiles may differ depending on size and type.
