1) Why should I buy a property from Mobile Homes Abroad?

No pressure sales. No obligation to buy. Viewing trips available

2) What does a viewing trip include?

2 nights accommodation onsite or at a local hotel/apartment (subject to availability). Viewing of development at your leisure + tour of local area. Return to airport

3) How much deposit is required?

10% deposit secures your plot. Remaining balance due 28 days from invoice date. Special arrangements are available if you are selling a property. Part exchanges may be considered. Email for further details

4) Do I lose my deposit?

No, the deposit will be refunded in full once we have re - sold your reserved plot and mobile home, less any expenses that may be incurred by ourselves

5) What is included in the price?

A brand new mobile home furnished sited and connected to your own plot.

5a) Are there any additional fees to pay

6) What are the running costs?

Site fees from 2800 euros + 7% tax per annum. Electricity on a meter. Gas containers

7) How long can I keep my mobile on site for?

As long as required, condition of mobile home & plot must be well maintained.

8) Can I sell or rent my mobile home if required?

Yes, an agreement can be made with the owners of the site.

9) What facilities are available on site?

Plans are for: Bar-Restaurant, reception, games area, large swimming pool, squash, jacuzzi, gym, indoor swimming pool.

10) Would I need a car whilst over there?

Preferably

11) How far are the beaches / golf courses situated?

All distances by car:
Approximately 10 mins to the beach. 15 mins to a superb 18 hole golf course which was designed by Bernard Langer

12) How far is the site from the airport?

Approximately 1 hour from Reus airport and 1 hour 30 mins to Valencia airport

13) What is the weather like?

Long hot summer days, mild winters.

14) Are pets allowed on site?

Yes, pets are more than welcome on site but no more than 2 per mobile home. There are vets in Vinaros and Benicarlo.
