1)  Why should I buy a property from Mobile Homes Abroad?

2)  What does a viewing trip include?

2 night accommodation onsite or at a local hotel/apartment (subject to availability)

Viewing of development at your leisure + tour of local area

Return to airport

3)  How much deposit is required?

10% deposit secures your plot. Remaining balance due 28 days from invoice date.

Special arrangements are available if you are selling a property.

Part exchanges may be considered. Email for further details

4)  Do I lose my deposit?

No, the deposit will be refunded in full once we have re - sold your reserved plot and mobile home, less any expenses that may be incurred by ourselves

5)  What is included in the price?

A brand new / resale mobile home furnished sited and connected to your own plot.

5a) Are there any additional fees to pay

6)  What are the running costs?

Site fees from €2930 + 7% VAT per annum

7)  How long can I keep my mobile on site for?

As long as required, condition of mobile home & plot must be well maintained.

8)  Can I sell or rent my mobile home if required?

You can not sublet your mobile home but you may sell your mobile home, contact site office if required.

9)  What facilities are available on site?

Swimming pool, internet, payphone.

10)  Would I need to hire a car whilst over there?

Preferably

11)  How far are the beaches / golf courses situated?

All distances by car:

2 mins to the nearest beach

30 mins to the nearest golf course

12)  How far is the site from the airport?

Approximately 45 minutes from Valencia airport

13)  What is the weather like?

Long hot summer days, mid winters.

14)  Are pets allowed on site?

No pets are allowed on site

15)  How long is the site open for?

The site is open 12 months of the year, you can spend up to 330 days a year on site.

16) Applying for an NIE in Spain?

(Numero de Identidad de Extranjero) is necessary when buying a property, car etc.
