Your trip starts when you meet up with our customer service team at our local tapas bar where you can have a refreshing drink after your journey. You will then follow our team to our site and your accommodation, where you will be shown into the home you are staying in. Our team will let you know where they will be staying, point you in the direction of the local amenities and you will be left to relax for the duration of the day. Our team live on site and will be best placed to answer any queries you have on the site and the local area.

The next day you may want to explore all around the site, the surrounding villages and the local countryside. Our customer service team will always be on hand for advice, directions and any other information you may require, and can accompany you to show you the area if you so wish. If the site owners are available you will be able to meet with them. If you see a plot that you would like then this can be reserved until you return home and you contact the office to confirm. Please note we can only hold plots without a deposit for 72 hours after you have returned from your viewing trip.

At no time during the visit will you be under any pressure or obligation to purchase. We believe that the product, once seen, sells itself and if you are interested, then you will contact us to complete the purchase. We will then ensure that you are given our full assistance and guide you through your purchase.

HOW DO I BOOK A VIEWING TRIP?

Please call our office on our low call number 0844 840 2345 and speak to one of our friendly advisors. Alternatively, you can email info@caravansinthesun.com to enquire about the availability of a viewing trip to the site of your choice.

Your travel arrangements are booked in conjunction with our UK office subject to availability. This will be coordinated to our customer service team in Spain. We can give friendly advice and help about your flights and car hire; we will arrange and book your free 2 nights accommodation in our on-site mobile home (Pictures below). This will give you a chance to try before you buy and meet some of the residents that have already moved on site.

*Please note: free accommodation is for only 2 persons.Other persons may join the party but charges will apply and this must be by prior arrangement booked through the office and pre paid.

*Please note that a car is essential for this location.
