7km away you have the well known Spanish tourist town of Peniscola, here you will find the wonderful castle dating back to the 12th century. Within the city walls you will find lots of shops and restaurants overlooking the sea and the stretch of sandy beach back to Benicarlo and further on to Vinaros.
