Currently operating out of the UK, Spain, France, Malta, Portugal, Morocco and Tenerife we pride ourselves on listening to our customers’ needs and providing them with exactly what they want. Our customer services department are an integral part of our business and due to continued and planned expansion, we currently have an exciting and important vacancy to join our successful team.

Job Title: Customer Services Representative

Pay: £6.50 per hr + (dependent on experience)

Location: To be discussed

Responsible to: Customer Services Manager

Duties:

- Respond to written and verbal enquiries
- To give advice and information regarding our range of homes
- Contact customers by and e-mail to arrange viewing trips
- Translate advertising from English to French and vice versa
- Liaise with our French speaking clients and customers

Experience:

Any experience in a customer experience role will be considered, although experience in the leisure and tourism industry, and in particular, the mobile home industry will be advantageous. Candidates should have first class customer service skills, and have exceeded in a customer facing role in the past. Any experience of teaching, writing or speaking French and English in a previous role in a distinct advantage.

Qualifications:

No formal qualifications are required as full training can be given, although GCSE English and French qualifications preferred. If candidate has studied, or is studying at a higher level, then this would be a distinct advantage.

Skills:

You will be highly skilled in Customer Service and have the drive and enthusiasm to be involved with a project from the start and be part of an already successful team. You should be able to respond to customers in an empathetic, thorough and timely manner, endeavouring to please and provide them with first class customer service.

- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
- High level of communication (written and spoken)
- Conversant with Microsoft Office or Works
- High attention to detail
- Conscientious
- Self motivated
- Ability to work well under pressure
