In September Caravans in the Sun attended The Lawns exhibition in Cottingham. The Lawns event is a great place to view the new caravan and mobile home models of 2017. Following the success of the event, Caravans in the Sun are delighted to highlight a few new models for your perusal. Whether you are looking for your first mobile home, to retire to or as a holiday home, or an upgrade from your current home – Caravans in the Sun can help you decide which is best for you. As part of the Willerby collection, these models are truly home from home luxury.
The first of the new models that Caravans in the Sun are happy to introduce is the, Willerby Winchester. This home from home is a combination of luxury and practicality with its unique layout. A two-bedroom home, 38ft by 12.5ft, this model is energy efficient with white PVCu double glazed windows and a central heating system with a high efficiency condensing combi boiler. The unique layout of this homes offers enough space for a family with a lounge, kitchen, dining area, main bedroom, twin bedroom and a family shower room. The Winchester feels very homely with a free standing L-shaped sofa in the lounge and feature fireplace. The lounge also includes a display unit with mirror, freestanding TV unit and coffee table, and a wall mounted TV point. The kitchen includes all you would need for your breakfast, lunch and evening meals, including an integrated under-counter fridge and freezer, integrated microwave and double cavity gas oven/grill with glass splashback and exterior fan. Extras on this particular model include: residential specification; euro spec with UK flooring; bath with thermostatically controlled shower; bedding pack; integrated washer/dryer.
The Avonmore is the second of the new models, which is again a home from home and described as affordable luxury. It ticks all the boxes for modern family living, with all the usual mod cons and comforts of home, the Avonmore is certainly a perfect option if you’re looking to upgrade to something special. The large wrap around seating in the lounge area, gives you a great family home feel, as well as the flame effect electric fire and free standing TV cabinet and storage unit – so not to miss any of your favourite shows or films. The kitchen includes an integrated 70/30 fridge freezer to store all your holiday food essentials and treats. As well as the integrated microwave for convenience and the double cavity oven/grill with glass splashback and extractor fan. This home also offers a dining area, main bedroom, twin bedroom and family shower room. Extras include: double sliding patio doors; euro spec with UK flooring; therma max white UPVC; light grey rigid vinyl- white UPVC; bedding pack; and, an integrated washer/dryer.
Thirdly we have the Lymington model. This light and bright home is spacious and has plenty of room for any family with its contemporary open plan living. With a light colour scheme, this 35ft X 12ft two -bedroom home has modern wood finishes and tasteful fabric choices. One of the great features of the Lymington is all the windows, which gives it that bright and airy feel and it also gives you a great chance to look out at all the scenic views in the area. The wrap around seating in the lounge offers plenty of space for all the family, as well as a fold out occasional sofa and a TV and storage unit. The kitchen includes a double cavity gas oven with hob and grill – perfect for all those family meal times, which can be enjoyed in the dining area with fixed dinette seating. The main bedroom comes with an ensuite, and full height wardrobes, so plenty of room for clothes.
All three models offer great family living whilst on holiday or in your new home abroad. These three in particular will soon be available to view at the Caravans in the Sun showground in Malaga, on the Costa Del Sol, Spain. The new Saydo Park showground offers buyers the chance to come and look around new and pre-owned mobile homes in Spain, with staff on site throughout the day from 10am to 2pm Monday to Friday. On the outskirts of Mollina, the showground offers a great selection of new and resale static caravans and mobile homes, with both two and three bedroom homes available. The new Willerby models will be available on site to view later in the year, along with models from Victory, ABI, Pemberton and Trigano. With such a wide selection of homes to view at the park, all of which can be sited at any of the Caravans in the Sun parks displayed in the Costa Del Sol region within a matter of days, it’ll be hard not to find what you’re looking for.
